The new “faces” of the Democrats aren’t helping them at all.
Take Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX). The other day she was on MSNBC attacking President Donald Trump’s effort to deport illegal aliens. In the process, she bizarrely claimed that illegal entry into the country isn’t a crime. That earned her a lot of mockery. How can she think something like that, when she’s member of Congress — and from a border state, no less? The funny thing was she said it while claiming it was the Trump team that doesn’t understand what they are doing, when in fact, it’s her.

On Wednesday, she was at it again trying to sound profound, as our sister site Twitchy reported. But she didn’t know what she was talking about, as she tried to attack Tesla.
In case you can’t see it, the X post reads:
Serious question… now that Trump did his promo of Tesla, does that mean MAGA will go green all of a sudden?! I just talked to a lib friend of mine that is getting rid of his Tesla… I can hook y’all up if you’d like lol.
An X poster responded, “When have they [MAGA] not promoted innovation in the energy space? Man Ratchett, I know you’re an idiot, but come on.”
That’s when Rep. Crockett dropped a truly cringeworthy response.
“TESLA, THE CAR… not SPACE X! Keep up. I know it’s break neck pace for some of yall…,” she replied.
Um, “space” didn’t mean outer space in this context, Jasmine. How could someone not understand that? Again, she thinks she’s the smart one in the exchange, getting in a shot, when she’s the one revealing how clueless she is. She’s the one in outer space. That’s the face of the Democrats.
Then on Thursday, Crockett doubled down on her confusion, when she spoke about the possible Schumer Shutdown. Talk about a hot take — this is it.
Wait, so your argument is Trump is decimating the government, so you’re cool with shutting down the government? Somehow, that doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense.

She doesn’t seem to understand how shutdowns work — that this puts power in the hands of the Trump team, specifically the OMB and the agency heads to decide what is “essential” and what isn’t; she may be giving them more of what they want.
Then, too, she just put a campaign ad in the hands of the Republicans — “watch Democrats fluff off a government shutdown.” So good going there, Rep. Crockett, you’re really helping your team with this. Dems seem to be going all-in to try to never win again. If you thought they were in the weeds already, she just made it worse. Crockett is definitely in the running among the top competitors for the crown for most deluded Democrat.
Although, to be fair, there are a lot of competitors out there.

I have large rocks in my backyard that are smarter than her, and better looking too. The people that voted for her need to be slapped, assuming her election wasn’t stolen for her. She is a DEI hire after all.
